Commercial Fleet Manager

Department: Action Nissan Sales
Location: Nashville , TN

\We are seeking a qualified Fleet Manager at Action Nissan! This individual would be responsible for representing, Action Nissan - Fleet division, in sales, management and client relations to develop new commercial accounts, and to retain and develop existing accounts.  Prior book of business is a huge plus!



·         Sells Fleet and Commercial vehicles.

·         Establishes and maintains Fleet and Commercial accounts.

·         Completes paperwork accompanying vehicle sales including Finance and Insurance documentation.

·         Develops and maintains relationships with local brokers.

·         Maintains customer service at all levels.

·         Answers questions about the vehicle and addresses customers’ concerns.

·         Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of vehicle prices, models, series, options and up-fits.

·         Meets individual and dealership sales goals. Partners with management to establish robust portfolio.

·         Engages in business development through continuous follow-up and prospecting of referrals.



·         Previous experience in opening new Fleet/Commercial accounts and maintaining existing accounts

·         Previous experience in business-to-business sales. 

·         Ability to engage with the local and regional market activities to network and develop business opportunities.

·         Ability to deal effectively with customers and dealership personnel.

·         Strong record of positive customer service results.

·         Professional appearance, strong communications skills, and high level of energy.

·         Strong organizational and IT skills.

·         Submit to and successfully complete MVR and background check.

·         Valid driver's license with good driving record.
