General Summary:   

Professionally, cheerfully, and respectfully assist every customer complete their visit while following all company guidelines and policies.  


  • Greet customers before assisting them.
  • Accurately process all customer payments. ALWAYS extend the highest level of courtesy and friendliness to every customer.
  • Follow all credit cards and check acceptance policies.
  • Close all repair orders in a timely fashion.
  • Assist all associates to provide our customers with an “EXCELLENT” service experience.
  • Notify Service Manager of any concerns that will hinder or prevent a customer from having an “EXCELLENT” service experience.   

Education/Practical Experience Required:  Extensive experience, a high school education or GED Required. Must be over 18 years of age for consideration. 

Responsible for the Following Results:

  • Accurate accounting of service revenues and receipts every day.
  • Verification that every customer understands the work completed and the charges for service.
  • A positive last impression to every customer regarding their overall service experience at the dealership.
  • Prompt and efficient handling of work activities requested by the Service Manager.
